Variable Frequency Drive Panels.
Engineered VFD enclosures for energy-efficient motor speed control —
soft start, PID control, harmonic filtering, and bypass arrangement.
Speed control engineered for efficiency and reliability.
Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) panels house one or more AC drives in a purpose-built enclosure, providing variable speed control for motors used in pumps, fans, compressors, conveyors, and HVAC systems. By varying the motor supply frequency and voltage, VFDs eliminate the energy losses of throttling or damper-based control — typically delivering 20–50% energy savings on variable-torque loads.
Our VFD panels are designed around the drive specification, motor rating, and site conditions. We integrate input/output line reactors, EMC filters, bypass contactors, braking resistors, and protection devices as required. Panels are sized for adequate thermal management and assembled with proper cable segregation and shielding practices to prevent interference.

Soft Start & Smooth Control
Controlled motor acceleration from zero speed eliminates mechanical shock, reduces starting current, and extends motor and driven-equipment life significantly.
Energy Savings
Affinity law savings of 20–50% on pump and fan loads by running at actual process demand rather than throttling a full-speed motor. Verified ROI typically under 18 months.
PID Process Control
Built-in PID controller maintains pressure, flow, level, or temperature setpoints automatically — eliminating separate controller hardware for many applications.
Comprehensive Protection
Overload, overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, earth fault, phase loss, thermal overload, and stall protection — all configurable with alarm and trip setpoints.
Bypass Arrangement
Interlocked manual and automatic bypass allows the motor to run DOL when drive maintenance is required — ensuring process continuity for critical loads.
Fieldbus Integration
Modbus, Profibus DP, Profinet, and EtherNet/IP communication modules enable drive control and monitoring from PLC or SCADA systems without additional wiring.
