Servo Drive Panels.
Precision servo drive enclosures for sub-millisecond position, velocity,
and torque control in CNC, robotics, and motion applications.
Precision motion control, precisely engineered.
Servo drive panels house servo amplifiers, motion controllers, safety modules, and associated power distribution in a single engineered enclosure. Unlike VFDs, servo drives operate in closed-loop mode with continuous position and velocity feedback from high-resolution encoders — delivering sub-millisecond response times and micron-level positioning accuracy.
We design servo panels for single and multi-axis applications: CNC machine tools, robotic cells, packaging machinery, printing and converting equipment, textile machines, and precision assembly systems. Every panel is designed to the drive make and model, axis count, and fieldbus architecture required by the machine builder or OEM.

Built for precision motion applications.
Closed-Loop Precision
Continuous encoder feedback with sub-millisecond control loops delivers micron-level positioning repeatability — critical for CNC, robotics, and inspection systems.
Multi-Axis Coordination
Integrated motion controllers coordinate multiple servo axes with synchronized motion profiles — linear, circular, and electronic gearing for complex machine kinematics.
STO Safety Function
Safe Torque Off (STO) to SIL2 / PLe eliminates motor torque without removing main power — enabling safe access without full power-down cycles.
Real-Time Fieldbus
EtherCAT, Profinet IRT, and CANopen with cycle times down to 250 µs — essential for synchronised multi-axis motion and deterministic machine control.
Regenerative Braking
Dynamic braking resistors or regenerative DC bus units safely dissipate or recover motor braking energy — preventing DC bus overvoltage on fast-decelerating axes.
EMC / RFI Filtering
Screened cable management, dedicated EMC filters, and proper earth bonding practices prevent servo switching noise from interfering with connected measurement and control systems.
