Motor Control Centres.
Centralised starting, protection, and control of multiple motor loads
for manufacturing and process plant environments.
Motor control centralised, simplified, and protected.
Motor Control Centres consolidate the starting, stopping, protection, and control of multiple motors into a single panel assembly. Instead of individual starters mounted at each motor location, an MCC provides centralised control — reducing installation complexity, simplifying maintenance, and improving operational visibility.
We design and fabricate MCCs for DOL, star-delta, soft starter, and VFD-based motor starting applications across manufacturing plants, process facilities, water treatment plants, and infrastructure projects.

Designed for plant motor loads.
Individual Motor Protection
Each motor feeder fitted with MPCB or motor protection circuit breaker with adjustable thermal and magnetic overload protection.
Multiple Starter Types
DOL, star-delta, auto-transformer, soft starter, and VFD-integrated starters within the same panel assembly for different load requirements.
Earth Fault Protection
Earth fault relay or residual current protection on each feeder to detect earth leakage and protect personnel and equipment.
PLC / SCADA Integration
Motor status feedback, start/stop control, and fault signals wired for PLC integration with optional fieldbus communication modules.
Local / Remote Control
Selector switches for local / remote / auto operation modes, with local start-stop pushbuttons and indicator lamps on each feeder door.
Compartmentalised Construction
Separate compartments for busbars, individual starters, and cable terminations to allow safe working and prevent fault propagation.
